Welcome to the Partnership team of staff. Who are we and what do we do? The project is led by the Partnership Development Manager (PDM) whose role is to set the strategy of the partnership and manage all it's resources. SSCos are School Sports Co-ordinators. It's their job to support and assist their 'family' of schools (a local cluster of schools that could be primary, infant, special and/or PRUs) develop the roles of their Primary Link Teachers within their family schools. St Andrews SSP Leadership Academy was successfully launched at the Bowles Activity Centre this Spring. The Academy is made up of 40 students from the Partnership’s secondary schools and 6th forms ages 15 – 18, and is set to perform an important role in helping develop leadership across the Partnership.
